St Elizabeth’s College opened in 2004 to provide young people (aged 18 – 25) with learning disabilities and/or difficulties the opportunity to continue their education. The College supports the learners’ transition into adulthood through a programme that includes independent living skills, vocational work-related learning and the underpinning skills of literacy, numeracy and ICT. The aim is to foster confidence and enhanced daily living skills so that the learners can achieve their identified long term goals.
