Every donation or purchase made at a St Elizabeth’s charity shop contributes directly to our work caring for people with severe epilepsy.

Our shops are located within a 15 mile radius of St Elizabeth’s.  We welcome your donations of clothes, shoes, household items, bric-à-brac, toys, baby equipment and electrical items.  In addition, our Staple Tye shop in Harlow accepts furniture.  Donations can be taken directly to the shops during opening hours or for larger items of furniture we are able to arrange collection.

Our staff and volunteers are trained to spot collectables and antiques for which we seek to achieve a higher price through specialist dealers etc.  Where possible, items that we cannot sell are recycled.  Please remember … before you give it, would you buy it?

St Elizabeth’s shops are run by paid staff supported by a team of volunteers.  We always need more volunteers - if you have a few hours spare a week and feel you would like to give some of your time then please pop into your local shop or contact St Elizabeth’s for more information.
