Constitution
St Elizabeth’s is one of the charitable works of the Congregation of the Daughters of the Cross of Liege (“the Congregation”), a Catholic religious congregation, founded in 1833 in Liege, Belgium where its Generalate is still located. The Congregation in the British Isles is a charitable company limited by guarantee, (incorporated on 15 January 1998 under company number 3492921 and registered under charity number 1068661).
Organisation
The Main Advisory Committee meets six times a year and advises the Provincial Superior and trustees, on all aspects of the strategic direction and the monitoring of the work of the Centre. In addition there is a Home Advisory Committee and Boards of School and College Governors to advise on the operation of the Adult Care Services, School and College respectively. A Management Team consisting of the Sister Superior, Chief Executive, School Principal, College Principal, Director of Adult Care Services, Director of Finance and Director of HR & Staff Development undertake the routine management of St Elizabeth's and its 600 multi-disciplinary staff.
