On a daily basis we talk through what went well and whether progress towards individual goals is being made, no matter how small they may be. We also hold regular opportunities for review of the activities that your loved one is accessing and an annual review to plan for the future and reflect on what has gone well.

We will do our best to resolve any issues as quickly as possible. If this isn’t possible, we have a compliments and complaints policy, which includes ‘grumbles’ forms.
