Did you know we are also listed on Frontline?
We are a friendly, caring and experienced team supporting adults with epilepsy, learning disabilities and other complex needs.
Any individual aged 18+ with epilepsy and other complex needs can access our services, however it is not a requirement to have a diagnosis of epilepsy.
Our services are delivered face to face. Adults can access a range of onsite and offsite activities, and can attend up to five days a week, making choices about their preferred activities as well as St Elizabeth’s wider community events.
Adults can attend our Community Hub which has a choice of two pathways - Health & Wellbeing or Therapy. They can also attend our Vocational Learning Services.
We provide exciting opportunities that enable our adults to develop their social skills and self-confidence, whilst promoting positive mental health and a sense of structure. We promote choice and encourage adults to make personal decisions on their preferences, and help meet individual interests by providing a wide range of activities, including activities that will benefit those wishing to develop their fine motor skills and coordination.
We support our adults to develop their skills and independence through our vocational learning offer, or through a choice of two pathways delivered in our Community Hub. At St Elizabeth’s, adults also have access to our safe and expansive grounds including accessible park, outdoor gyms, onsite canteen, apple orchard and Chapel. We attend activities based in the community using our accessible transport including nature walks, therapeutic trampolining, swimming, bowling, the library and local social trips to cafes, pubs, shops and galleries.
