St Elizabeth’s understands the challenge that a change of service can cause both those using the service and their families. This is particularly apparent when a young person is moving from children’s service to adult services.

To help explain the service and to support you and your family through this challenging time we have a dedicated admissions officer who will support and guide you through the application process.

The person requiring the service must remain at the centre of any planning, with help, support, information and advice required from a range of stakeholders, including families and/or carers and other relevant agencies.

At a recent review a parent made the following comment: “Almost five years on and we still cannot believe our good fortune to have been blessed with a home we call St Elizabeth’s, and every time we visit we say it’s so good here. Our son has a full life at St Elizabeth’s, and we are still part of it.”

The admissions officer can be contacted at : homeadmissions@stelizabeths.org.uk.
