From community based work experience and a campus within the heart of the town, through to membership of leisure clubs and going shopping each week at local supermarkets, learning at St Elizabeth’s is completely embedded within the wider community that we are part of.

Our innovative community work experience projects include:

• the National Trust at Hatfield Forest
• the Red Cross and The Canal Boat Project in Harlow 
• Bishop’s Stortford Football Club, at two sites
• Countryside Management Service and Hertfordshire County Council, in Bishop’s Stortford and the local area

Fantastic leisure activities include:

• Sports and Games at St Mary’s Catholic School
•  East Herts Special Olympics, swimming
• Scorch Nightclub
•  Membership of Nuffield Leisure Centre
•  Singing and theatre groups
