Caroline Theodorou Positive living and learning for people with epilepsy and other complex needs

Caroline Theodorou

I have a degree in psychology and socio–legal studies. I have spent over 30 years in the social care sector, with over a decade in senior management within housing related support organisations providing quality, co productive and person-centred services to adults with complex needs. Having worked at Skills for Care for two years I was part of a team that interpreted national agendas in social care to support providers and people with personal budgets with the impacts at a local and personal level.

I am passionate about ensuring people have choice and control to access the right support, with the right care delivered from within a consistent progressive culture that encourages independence.

Diversity and inclusion are part of my core values as well as safe and secure services that promotes continual improvement.

Finally, we can only do this by valuing and investing in our dedicated social care workforce, enabling them to deliver outstanding quality services.
