I joined St Elizabeth’s in August 2019 as Director of Education and Skills Development after previously working as a Local Authority Chief Education Officer. I have worked in education for the past 20 years as a teacher, head and Executive Head Teacher. I have also worked as an inspector of schools, chaired the consortia finance committee for five local authorities and held a senior post within a teaching union.
I have a very keen interest in improving organisations and applications of behavioural science to promote client opportunities and wellbeing. I have worked as a behavioural consultant and have collaborated with many schools and academic institutions.
I am a proud father of two children and husband to a very understanding wife. I enjoy the mountains, cycling and the arts.
