Teresa holds over 26 years’ experience in the education sector.
Teresa worked for many years for Essex County Council in Education leading Equality and Diversity, Supported Learning and projects as a Vice Principal and Strategic Manager. Teresa studied Leadership and Management at Cambridge University and prior to that completed her Teaching and ILM Leadership qualifications. Teresa has successfully delivered Outstanding grades at inspections.
