I am a graduate of the London School of Economics and a Fellow of both The Institute of Chartered Accountants in England & Wales (ICAEW) and the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants (CIMA).
I spent over a decade on the Operating Board of a high growth, highly acquisitive FTSE 250 plc as Director Financial Control & FP&A. Since then, I have specialised in interim CFO/CEO roles delivering transformation projects for organisations looking to make a step change in organisational and financial performance.
These projects included strategic planning, business reorganisations, acquisitions, divestments and the development of high performing finance functions. Delivered for a mixture of SME’s and large international organisations, they required significant stints based in Europe, Australia, India, Singapore and the US.
Most recently, as Managing Director, I led the £1.5bn sale of Network Rail’s Commercial Property Estate to private equity which was Property Week’s Deal of the Year 2019. Since then, I have been providing advice in a portfolio CFO capacity to clients including Transport for London’s Property business.
In August 2021, I became the Chief Operating Officer for St Elizabeth's, overseeing a number of our departments. I continue to act as Head of Finance for the organisation.
