Day Opportunities rating Good in PAMMS Inspection

We are absolutely delighted to share that following a PAMMS inspection in January, our Adult Day Opportunities service has been given a Good rating!

As a result of the outcome, it now means that every service St Elizabeth's is providing is now rated Good by regulators. We are over the moon

Officers carrying out the inspection for our day services found that the individuals they spoke to felt they were encouraged to make healthy choices for lunch, supported to express their views and confirmed that they feel at the centre of decisions made around their care and activities. They found that staff provide easy read documents and a range of different communication aids, and that individuals enjoy working with staff and feel they are treated with dignity and respect.

We are so proud of the team for working so hard to achieve this outcome...it really is a testament to your dedication and commitment to supporting everyone accessing our services and their families.
