With over 25 years’ experience in People Management strategies, Rachele is a Chartered Fellow of the CIPD and has previously worked in Libraries and Culture, Higher Education and the Health and Social Care sector.
Previous HR roles include HR Business Partner, Organisational Development/Learning & Development and Recruitment Transformation Lead. Rachele has previously held a number of senior HR roles and has successfully managed large scale restructures in a unionised environment and change programmes, TUPE transfers, high volume recruitment and was nominated as a finalist for the Times Higher Education awards for the design of senior level recruitment campaigns.
Rachele is committed to developing a skilled workforce beyond standard expectations and previously created a bespoke and highly innovative development programme for support staff within Higher Education.
