Sarah's career in children’s social care spans several decades, during which she has held a variety of roles across the social work profession — from frontline practice to senior operational and strategic leadership.
Sarah has worked within local authorities, charitable organisations, and the private sector, always with a strong focus on improving outcomes for children and families. Sarah is deeply passionate about creating environments where children feel safe, supported, and empowered. She believes in child-centred practice, collaborative working, and the importance of nurturing relationships to help children thrive. Sarah feels St Elizabeth’s is a truly special place, and is excited to be part of its journey.
