Ian is a serving Head Teacher at Our Lady of Fatima Catholic Multi Academy Trust, with proven skills of leading two schools as an Executive Head Teacher.
Ian promotes effective teams so he may educate children with, and through, others. He enables the free flowing exchange of ideas, and promotes their effective implementation, by developing a climate where successes and failures are seen as a natural part of innovative thinking and working.
Through Ian’s leadership he creates a culture that enables teachers to have what Ofsted called ‘openness of mind and willingness to act decisively.’
