Deborah Glanville joined St Elizabeth’s College in January 2015 as a Lecturer. She worked previously as a Double Curriculum Manager at Havering College of Further and Higher Education with a range of curriculum responsibilities and a large staff team.
Her specialism is teaching in Special Educational needs, having worked as a teacher in the sector for over 30 years. Deborah has a professional degree in psychology and sociology with professional studies in autism and a PGCE. She is currently training to be an Internal Quality Verifier for both St Elizabeth’s School and College. During her current employment with St Elizabeth’s, Deborah has completed a level five qualification in autism. Deborah spent six years living in Spain where she taught English as a second language in a private school and worked as volunteer counsellor for the Spanish Government with the ex-pat community. The daughter of a businessman, Deborah grew up in London but thoroughly enjoys living in the Cambridgeshire countryside, where she walks her chocolate brown Labrador and entertains her four grandchildren.
