John Puntrello Live life to the full | Aspirational, Collaborative, Joyful, Compassionate

John Puntrello

I have over 30 years of professional experience across a variety of phases in education (primary, secondary, further, and higher) covering state and independent sectors. Currently I am in post as the leader of a primary specialist deaf provision and am enthusiastic about teaching and supporting children with Special Educational Needs (SEN). In addition to this work, I teach at degree level with the Open University covering, Innovation: Design for change, Design for engineers, and Interaction Design and the user experience. I am married with two children who attended Catholic schools and have lived in Hertfordshire since 1995. I believe that a good education lasts a lifetime, opens opportunities and provides choices.  The philosophy of developing young people, with attention to building positive relationships alongside academic achievement, ensures that St Elizabeth’s provides the absolute best start in life for every child. It is an honour to be able to support this philosophy as a Governor.
