Full time and part time roles available

These are care jobs with a difference!

We have an exciting opportunity in our Day Service department for Day Care Support Workers to join the team. You’ll plan, create and deliver work, learning and leisure activities for our Adult Residents to meet their physical, emotional and spiritual needs. This is an incredibly rewarding role where you’ll be working as part of a team to encourage our residents to achieve their goals, reach key milestones and develop their skills.

We’re looking for dedicated, caring individuals who have excellent communication skills, experience working in a care environment and who are willing to drive St Elizabeth’s vehicles (manual driving licence required). If you’re looking or a fabulous opportunity to work in a busy social care setting with a difference this could be the role for you. Full time posts are 37.5 hours per week, working Monday – Friday 9am – 5pm; with the occasional evening & weekend shifts.  However, if you are unable to commit to working 5 days per week, we also have a 3 day per week position available.

St Elizabeth’s supports people with Epilepsy and other complex needs from the age of 5 through to 78 in our Children’s Home, School, College, Residential Home and Day Centre. We’re situated in 68 acres of beautiful Hertfordshire parkland between Harlow and Bishop’s Stortford and we really are an inspirational place to do great work.

We offer an excellent range of staff benefits including:

  • Opportunity to pursue recognised qualifications
