About the role
We are seeking an exceptional Positive Behaviour Support Lead who combines strong clinical skills with broad management experience to provide authoritative and professional operational management to our Positive Behaviour Support Team. We are looking for someone who shares our values and is committed to providing responsive and positive person centred support to the children, young people and adults with complex learning difficulties and epilepsy who call St Elizabeth’s Home.
You will work closely with the Head of Therapy and PBS to help develop the Positive Behaviour Support Team as well as help design our future delivery of behavioural support. This will include substantial involvement in design, training, delivery and evaluation of ongoing behavioural support services across the centre.

You will be a member of the Board of Certified Behaviour Analyst (BCBA), with experience of working with children and/or adults with severe learning disabilities, behavioural and mental health needs.
You will have strong management skills and experience of managing a team in a fast paced environment, and developing wider capacity and understanding of behaviour within a diverse team of professionals. You will be a value-driven professional, client focussed, able to exhibit strong clinical practice but at the same time, willingness, and commitment to support the ethos and values of St. Elizabeth’s.
St Elizabeth’s is situated in 60 acres of Hertfordshire countryside between Harlow and Bishop’s Stortford. We support people with Epilepsy and other complex needs in our Children’s Homes, School, College, Residential Homes with Nursing and Day Centre.
