We have an exciting opportunity in our Staff Development department for a QCF Assessor to join the team. As one of our QCF Assessors you’ll be responsible for verifying and assessing our learning and development qualification program across the service. This role will be a busy and varied; you’ll be supporting the Centre’s care certificate completion, implementing agreed sampling strategies, supporting the Lead Verifier on claiming units for funding, advising on completion of qualifications for reports all whilst ensuring targets and deadlines are met.
Over 200 adults and children call St Elizabeth’s their home and our staff (who we have over 650 of) are the ones who make it possible. This is an incredibly rewarding role supporting our staff to reach key milestones in their personal development so it’s important that you’re a real motivator who is able to prioritise a busy work load and remain calm under pressure. We’re looking for someone who has experience in a Health and Social Care environment and has NVQ Level 2 in Health and Social Care along with an A1 Assessors award.
