During his career Mike has successfully led the management and subsequent sale of a £15m Veterinary Group, raised £14m to acquire original business and managed 4 subsequent acquisitions within 12 months, rapidly developed relationships with key decision makers to provide focused commercial support driving profitability. He has also restructured 2 businesses with CEO’s and achieved growth of £7m-£17m in 2 years.
