Rachele Gale

With over 25 years’ experience in People Management strategies, Rachele previously worked in local government, Higher Education and the Health and Social Care sector.

Previous HR roles include HR Business Partner, Organisational Development and Learning & Development. Rachele has previously held a number of senior HR roles, and has successfully managed large scale restructures and change programmes, TUPE transfers, high volume recruitment and was nominated as a  finalist for the Times Higher Education awards for the design of senior level recruitment campaigns. Rachele is committed to developing a skilled workforce beyond standard expectations and has developed a bespoke and highly innovative development programme for the multi-disciplinary teams at St Elizabeth’s.
